I would give 0 stars if I could. I was sold 3 bottles of parapurge and despite all of the promotions, I made sure to sign up for a one time purchase. Two months later I got a 49.99 charge from the same company. I did not order anything else nor did I receive anything else. Upon trying to contact the company they did not claim to have charged me. 2 months later again, another charge was attempted. my card company asked if it was fraud, I cancelled my card but since I did order once they wouldn't report it as fraud. My card company gave me a phone number to reach them and it was an inactive number. Do not order from this company! They will scam you
Do not buy from these scammers49.99 monthly charge I did not consent in initial purchase. Phone number is inactive Customer service sends link to deactivate account for monthly vip to cancel you have to sit through an 18 min that buffers and buffers and buffers. No escape from these horrible people. I'm afraid I'll have to get my bank involved now. Do not buy this product line
Nothing lines up with this company. The return address in fla isn't affiliated with the business name. The charge comes from a company called purely nutra. Also in fla but again address doesn't line up.My credit card co flagged the purchase. So many red flags here!Fla is a great state but also great for shady business practices. The fine print under the order button tells you they will charge 49.99/mth unless you cancel. You have 14 dys from the day you ordered.purelynutra.com tells you the address to write to in order to cancel.Hope this helps.
They are quite tricky in their ordering process. I only wanted the product and not the VIP membership, yet got the membership anyway which is $49.99 a month! I know I didn’t sign up for the membership because I never get a membership from a product I’ve never tried before. I did finally get hold of Purely Nutra, which charged me, and they were able to cancel the membership yet would not reimburse me the $49.99. It’s hard to tell yet if the product worked. It may have because I am not as tired in the afternoon and my stomach is not bothering me-however I am still on the second 10 day purge. Will have to see after I am finished. Just be aware if ordering this product!
If I could give 0 stars, I would... my experience with Free Range Supplements has been nothing short of awful. First of all, they con you into buying more products by their deceptive offers post-purchase, making it seem like it you, for instance, buy 3 bottles instead of the 2 you put in your cart, you would basically get the 3rd for free. Be warned: it means you're buying 3 ADDITIONAL bottles ON TOP OF the 2 you had put in your cart. And don't bother trying to call and get help rectifying the situation. I have spent HOURS on the phone waiting for someone to answer, and they never do. Emailing them is hardly better, and they just apologize for the inconvenience but offer no help to fix the situation. I WILL NEVER do business with them again, and I will do my best to spread the word and make sure others do not get money basically stolen from them like I did.
Scam billing. I did not sign up for a subscription and yet they are charging me 49.99 every 2 weeks and not even sending any product. I couldn't contact them about it. I can't even take the product that I purchased now because I don't trust them.My credit card company told me my only option was to shut down my credit card account and get a new card. That means lots of work for me. This company CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!
I should’ve trusted my gut from the beginning. The site was glitchy, the sales funnel felt pushy, and the copy was full of shame tactics. After declining an upsell, a pop-up literally told me I was choosing to let my body deteriorate. That should’ve been the red flag.I thought I was buying one bottle, but instead, I was unknowingly enrolled in a $49.99/month VIP subscription—without my clear consent. I’ve now been charged twice ($49.99 on 7/7 and again on 7/30) and received nothing for either charge. No emails, no product, no communication. Just money gone. I’m waiting to see if they reimburse me. To make matters worse, when I finally discovered the subscription, I was forced to watch an 18-minute video just to cancel it. That’s not transparency, it’s a trap.Oh, and the product? It didn’t support me at all. I bought it hoping to support my gut and overall health, but I noticed zero difference- no benefit and no shift. In my opinion, this company preys on people seeking healing, then hides behind manipulative marketing and shady billing practices. Their values are completely out of alignment with what true wellness should be.Save your money. Listen to your intuition. I wish I had.
I placed an order for six bottles with free range supplements on July 28, 2025. I have been calling, chatting with their chat bot, put in a claim through email asking where my order is. They gave me a tracking number but it has not done me any good. It just says your order has been received and nothing has moved. It’s not going through the supply chain for delivery. I tried to call on the phone and they keep me on hold the whole time I have yet to hear from them or receive my product. I request a refund and have not heard back yet. I’m so disappointed many of us can’t really afford the product to begin with but took a chance for the sake of health!
The product itself and customer service helped make my experience great. I am in the middle of my first 25 day cleanse and am already feeling the benefits. My thinking is clearer, the bloating is reduced and I have somewhat more energy. I am still expecting improvement with my energy level and bloating (digestion), but I hope that will come as I finish my next ten days of this cycle. Also, the customer service representative was very helpful when I needed assistance tracking my shipment.
