I've bought protein powder and supplements from Free Soul for a while now, but it's their customer service that keeps me coming back - it is the best customer service I've experienced! I've often forgotten to cancel a subscription, and they are always on hand to reverse my payments and sort things out the same day. Like today! I emailed at 6am to cancel a subscription order, and Tash and Georgie responded within the hour to sort it out.
I got sucked in to try this product it was a good offer so gave it a go.Maybe just about worth the discounted price, but definitely no more. 2 packs of powder, a whisk and a cheap plastic cup.The mango and peach is delicious, the green one was absolutely disgusting, it didn't mix, was gritty and frankly tasted and smelt like overcooked broccoli with artificial sweeteners. It made it straight to the bin. Can't recommend I'm afraid.
