The price of subscription and delivery on the website is definitely worth it and it is very easy to manage and make any changes/pause it if need be. I have been a long term user of the protein powder and it works for me in the sense of “getting in” my protein. I am not sure if there are any specific benefits, but there are no downsides like stomach upsets or breaking out, so I find that a big win. It is also super versatile and you can mix it with anything you fancy. I got the greens to try it, and while is too soon to say about benefits, I will say the dirt aftertaste is a constant no matter how you use it and it kind of puts me off. On the other hand, the mushroom coffee has been a blessing! Drinking regularly in the afternoon instead of my normal coffee and actually have been sleeping better and feeling less anxious without crashing on the afternoon from the lack of my usual cup.
I followed a link on instagram for some new supplements and wanted to add them to my subscription. For some reason, it attached to my other email and so I had to cancel the subscription so that I can log on to my actual account and add it on there.I emailed CS straight away and Georgie came back to me at 7pm in the evening and followed up at 8am the following morning. This shows above and beyond customer service. Georgie completed my request quickly and in her own time.Thank you for that.Side note - the protein powder was something I had previously said was gross - which it is, for me, in porridge. However, since changing up my nutrition and eating ALOT of greek yoghurt, I can confirm the taste is way better with yoghurt and thankfully, I can still use it.So if you're like me and the taste in porridge is gross, try it with yoghurt before sacking it off!
I have been using Free Soul Hydrate for quite a few months now and I still absolutely love it. I don’t get the middle of the day lull anymore and I feel I have so much more energy.
