Not only are the products amazing and have helped me so much with my fitness journey over the last three months of taking free soul protein, creatine and creaGlow. I would highly recommend them to you if you’re trying to build lean muscle and overcoming health challenges. I would also like to say how helpful the team are and always offer a brilliant service. I emailed them on Saturday as my protein was running low to see if I could arrange my new order any sooner and change it up a bit. Rohini from customer service emailed me back on the Sunday and arranged for my order to be changed to my requirements and also got it posted out to me straight away. My experience was so lovely I was on freesoul on tiktok live and bought a few products but found that the cup that you get free with the greens was missing. So I raised my concern with them firstly on DM and they sent me to customer service I spoke to a number of ladies who were absolutely lovely 🥰 and then Tash said to me that it was all sorted. Definitely be ordering more with them. Such a great little team you have. X
I've been using CreaGlow for a couple of weeks - good product, nice taste and I do think it's reduced my fatigue. But I have a few niggles - it does seem to upset my stomach a bit, and if you're selling a product which has a specific recommended daily amount, then you need to provide a scoop measure. It says you need to dissolve 12g, but then says this is 2 level teaspoons, which it absolutely is not! If you're saying each 12g gives you 3.4g of creatine, but then just relying on people estimating the measure, then they're probably not getting the recommended amount. I've been weighing out 12g and I suspect I might run out before the 30 days it's supposed to last.And even though it's convenient to have creatine, collagen, electrolytes+ in one product, after doing a bit more research, I suspect I'd be better off taking them separately and making sure I get the right amounts. Otherwise it's probably a waste of money
