They took my money and then lied

The company knew my shipment was from a residence gave me a quote I paid it then they wanted a copy of licenses. I tried to call 8 times during their business hrs no answered. I got a text and I was told the job was sent out I had to call them instead. The worst customer service and honestly just liars. Smashed Pallet, Smashed Reputation

The shipping company had smashed the pallet I shipped using Freightos. Unfortunately, the communication with Freightos was slow and the insurance claim I submitted was declined because it wasn't submitted fast enough. Seems as if it may be a recurring problem they use to get out of insurance claims.Anyways, $5000 desk smashed and the freightos team is no help. Book via a reputable broker, not this disfunctional team.

Incompetence all the way around and there partners are no better!! RUN FAST!!!Incompetence all the way around. They are holding my container hostage. They say that the container was inspected by customs to the amount of 2400.00I did no know this until the container was here and grounded for 24 hours already. They then said we cant get pickup numbers until the payment for the customs expense clears. The cargo was customs cleard on 7/10/2022 it got here on 8/8/2022I found out today it takes the steamship line CMA 48-72 hours to process the payment. Wire transfers or credit cards take minutes or even seconds. Why did we not know about the payment when it was on the rail? How did it get cleard by customs and then inspected? Nobody has answers and everone passes the buck to someone else. Who is in control? where does the buck stop? They already have 38,000 dollars of my money for 2 months now and they can't figure out what's happening and how to get this container released! Again complete incomitance on their part!!! The estimator software they have works….

The estimator software they have works well and the quotes stay the same $$$ in reality. Also their logistics works well as a crew to get the jobs done. Their pricing is in the middle.
