AVOID at all costs!

AVOID at all costs!! I went with freightos after they were recommended through my Amazing Selling Machine course to get the best deal for shipping and it wasn’t what I expected at all. They kept charging me tons of fees for inspection, freight delays, driver fees and customs hold. These people could care less if you lose money. I would recommend to go directly through a freight forwarder and skip the broker. Every email I would receive from them would be a charge and now I will be taking a loss on my shipment because of their ridiculous fees and delays.

AVOID if you are a actual company.

I used this company to ship equipment to a trade show. After the freight currier lost my equipment and failed to make it to the show. Freightos customer service team could have cared less. I ended up having to dispute all of the charges directly with the carrier and demand Freightos also refund me their costs as they actually atttempted to keep their fee after the shipment was lost... Horrible company stay away. just use their platform to get a quote and contact the forwarder directly. Save you the additional cost freightos adds to the shipment and deal directly with the forwarder.
