I hope there will be zero star which I can click. It's not the first time receive ninja service.
They updated delivery on the way (last stage) but driver failed to deliver. Then update on Lazada receiver not at home.
The courier claims to have made several delivery attempts before returning the parcel to the seller. Given that our household is large and someone is always at home, it's frustrating that the courier refuses to deliver due to the remote location. This service is not suitable unless you're in an urban area - truly disappointing.
I would have rated this service even lower if possible. Two parcels were scheduled for delivery to the same address on the same date, but only one arrived. That one only showed up after several complaints. The customer support is completely unhelpful. The parcel has been out for delivery since last Friday. If the first delivery attempt fails due to timing, why not adjust and try an earlier delivery? It's frustrating to see the same unsuccessful timing repeated. This experience has been disappointing.
Similar to what many others have experienced, they claim to attempt a delivery but do not follow through. When using the support chatbot on the platform, it redirects you to a 300php 'refundable' delivery finder service. I have reached out to the main retailer about this issue, and they assure me that they will take action. I suggest that anyone facing difficulties with this service escalate their complaints through the main retailer or the primary seller, as they are the ones handling the refunds.
I have never encountered a courier service as disappointing as this one. My parcel was nearby on Saturday morning, but on the expected delivery day, its status switched to 'in-transit' just moments after showing 'out for delivery'. I am truly disheartened by this absurd service.

I was quite anxious about my expensive item being delivered due to the negative reviews, but credit where it’s due. It arrived in good condition. I deducted one star for the poor tracking, as there were several days without updates, and then it suddenly showed as delivered on a weekend. Unusual, but appreciated.

By the afternoon, the parcel was still at the wrong hub, without any updates or movement. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I feel I am unfairly bearing the delay and inconvenience.
