Outstanding Service After a Rocky Start!I got the keys to my new apartment and was horrified at its condition. Due to illness, I couldn’t handle the cleaning myself, so I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman who kindly squeezed me in at short notice.Enter David and his team, only to discover there was no electricity or hot water as the gas and electric had been cut off! David went above and beyond by explaining how the meter works and confirming the utilities were disconnected. He even suggested it might be best to reschedule since the lack of electricity could affect their ability to clean thoroughly.Thankfully, once the issue was resolved, David and his team got to work—and WOW! The transformation was incredible. The apartment went from being an unlivable mess to a place I’m now proud to call home.David’s professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to assist beyond expectations truly made a stressful situation manageable.
