Very quick response to any concerns.

Fresh Prep food delivery has been very responsive to any deficiencies I’ve had. They are quick to correct any problems. The meals I have ordered have been delicious and their recipe cards are easy to follow.

Great meal options and quality products

A great local (to Vancouver) alternative to the meal kits done by large conglomerates (Hello Fresh, and the other ones named differently but still owned by Hello Fresh Group). I love Fresh Prep's commitment to sustainability, demonstrated by their cooler bags and innovative ingredient packaging. So glad I switched to them!

Delivery issue

Delivery person does not knock or ring bell, items stay outside longer than neededTrying to run after or get there attention either they ignored me or to busy on phone therefore bags could not be returned for 2 weeksFood is good

Strongly recommend

I love this service. Delivery is always on time and hassle free. The meals are delicious, in the six weeks I have been with fresh prep, we have enjoyed every meal. The price is very reasonable. Following the recipes is easy and straitforward. Everything you need is in the meal kits so there is zero waste. Try this you won't be disappointed.

Over all we love fresh prep

Over all we love fresh prep. I would like more options that are no carb or low carb. With more veg. I also would like all proteins, the option to add more as some portions are smaller

Love the meal kits

Love the meal kits, especially the zero waste kits. They make meal prep so easy. Delivery is prompt and reliable and the customer service is great. As a single person, I find I still save money because I don't need to purchase full quantities to make one or two meals.

Most of the recipes are delicious and…

Most of the recipes are delicious and 80% of the time is a very good experience. The vegan recipes could use some work though. They’re not very delicious. Also, I do feel that the calories per serving of some meals are way too low. Adults likely need 2000 calories a day on average. One meal showed only 500 calories per serving, but it’s the same price as a meal with 800 calories. So something should be addressed here. Also, sometimes the delivery experience is poor - one case where the meats were at room temperature upon arrival and the cooler bags were placed on the farthest side away from the meats. We were refunded but we still had to go and buy groceries, which we have very little time for. Keeping the food cool is important especially for families who may not get home within 1-2 hours of the food arriving at the door.
