I sent below mail to you before:Dear Tomslover Team,I received my order today, and I must express my deep disappointment. The item delivered is of significantly lower quality than what was advertised in both the product images and description on your website.The material is substandard and not wearable, and it does not justify the price I paid. This feels deceptive, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the experience. I trusted your brand, but the product I received is far from acceptable.I request an immediate resolution to this issue – either a full refund or a proper replacement that matches the quality you promote online.Please respond at your earliest convenience to let me know how this will be handled.
The shirts were to small an much too short. The colours are not as shown, the material also looks different. The support adresses I found were invalid. No way for returning the shirts and getting money back or even talk about about that procedure. That's inacceptable for me. May be I should have read the ratings of other customers first?
On your site, you said the shirts are 100% cotton. What I received is 100% polyester. The look, the pattern, the quality has nothing to do with what you are showing on the site. This is pure scam.That's why you don't provide any customer service contact. If you are honest, you should take your shirts and refund me my money. I m so disappointed . What you sent me is a junk.
Items came later than advertised and were the incorrect size. They were much smaller than the size chart on the site stated. One pattern bore no resemblance to the picture used to order. Neither shirt was pure cotton as stated. Tried to use PayPal to pursue claim but they were hopeless. Both companies ignoring emails.
