I am giving them chance to rectify my issue and provide me with all.the certificate and insurance documents. I hope the do that promptly. If not I will explain whole sales tactics they use extremely poor quality fittings. Window not being balanced and a lot more to explain. I will remove this review if all the issues are handled and sorted. Thank you
Be aware, don’t pay fully until you are satisfied with the job.Had windows and doors fitted in July 2025 and fitters were very professional and polite.Georgian bars on some windows panes were missing. It was meant to have 3 but it only came with 2 also front door lock was supposed to be a security lock but it came with normal lock.Fitters and office guaranteed that it would be all sorted by following week but that never happened.Contacted them several times and always told that someone will come and fix it but no one ever did.So haven’t been chasing them for a while because of health problems but I don’t believe they will do anything about it.As soon as they have the second and last payment they don’t bother with customer service.Also the Fensa certificate that were promised never arrived.Obviously a comboys outfit so be aware that sometimes they will do as little as possible to maximise profits.It shouldn’t have cost them much to rectify the windows bars as it was a factory mistake and not theirs so I believe the factory would have swallowed the cost of the parts, and they probably would have spent a couple hours fitting new glass panes which would just be labour cost for them.Had this review up a couple months ago and company contacted me asking to remove it and they would come on 4 February 2026 to rectify problems.Obviously this review is going back on as they haven’t came as promised and refused to answer phone, messages and emails.If this happens to someone else which it will please don’t remove negative review until they fix your problem.
The guys at Frontier Windows were very helpful throughout all the process. My wife and I shopped around a lot and started with 5 quotes, their price came second and Anwais and Vik matched the cheaper quote. We initially booked with them 7 windows to replace our current ones, and once we started our extension project they also provided 5 windows for the project. There were some communication issues with their installers, but I have to say that they rectified it, and overall our experience was very positive.
I thought it was a great choice to go with this company. They got over 6 windows done in the nick of time. Even after they finished they assured us to check every window for touch ups. Of which they fixed to the best of their ability.
