Title: Refund Only Processed After Credit Card InterventionReview:I placed an order with Frontier Windows Ltd and paid a £500 deposit. During the survey, the company confirmed they could not meet my requirements, and we mutually agreed to cancel the order. I confirmed the cancellation in writing within 7 days, in accordance with their Terms & Conditions, and was advised the deposit would be refunded.Despite this, no refund was issued by the company. I sent multiple emails and a formal complaint by recorded delivery, but the refund was only recovered after intervention by my credit card provider under Section 75.This experience highlights the importance of carefully checking customer service and refund policies. I hope Frontier Windows improves its processes to ensure other customers do not face similar delays.
I would 100% recommend this service to anyone looking to get windows fitted. Vik and the team were friendly and professional, maintained consistent communication and got the job done quickly and perfectly. I’m still waiting for Frontier Windows to respond to me. I placed an order several weeks ago and paid a 50% deposit based on their 3–4 week installation timeframe and assurances that the windows were already in production. That timeframe has long passed, and despite sending multiple emails and follow‑ups, my messages have been ignored. I’ve received no confirmed specification, no installation date, and no meaningful update on the order.The lack of communication has disrupted other trades and falls well below the expectations set at the start. I’m still hoping this will be resolved, but at the moment it has been extremely difficult to get any response from the company.Update13.01.2026After receiving a request from Frontier Windows to amend my review (I still haven’t received all the promised information from them) I gave them an opportunity to redeem themselves by sending me the information required for my planning permission, as it was delaying the installation. Despite further reminders to them, I’m STILL waiting for a reply and the requested information!
Frontier Windows did an excellent job from start to finish. The team was professional, communication was clear, and the fitting was absolutely immaculate. The new windows have already improved the comfort and efficiency of my home, and the price was fair enough to put a smile on my face. Big thanks to Vik and Awais — I’d definitely recommend Frontier Windows for quality work and great service.
DO NOT USE AT ALL COSTS.They will take your money and not complete your job to a satisfactory standard.They will offer you a warranty that they will never register.The installer damaged all of our trims. They promised to replace them all and 5 months later still battling to make contact with frontier windows as they ignore all calls, messages and emails.Half of our glazed windows have a weird residue on them which I am trying to get them to replace but once again they do not respond to you.Avoid like the plague. Many other companies who might be a bit more money are going to be much cheaper in the long run.
