Chap called Vik come out about 4 weeks ago to give me a quote on my windows and doors. Ran through the product with me and suggested some different choices to match my needs but overall picked the Chartwell Green pvc windows. Lead time was better than a lot of companies I went to and price was relatively fair so I went ahead with them. Survey process was smooth and just had them finish the job. Adam came round to take some pictures which I agreed to and made sure I was happy with the job before collecting the remaining balance. Can’t fault the fitters they were tidy and quick and done a fantastic job. Placed an order for my conservatory now to match the windows and hope all goes well but I’m sure it will be good.

Had Adam come round to give us a quotation on my new windows and doors, Adam was lovely, pleasant and understanding to our needs. Explained the whole process as it was our first time changing windows. Quote was really competitive and signed up with Frontier Windows on the day. Had the surveyor over two days later who went into detail about our windows. 4 weeks later, they have now been installed. The fitters were second to none! Came in the morning, got strayght to work; cleaned up after themselves and were done by the day end. I know this might be a long review, but I thought it’s best to help a family run business who provide impeccable service. Could not fault them one bit. Would recommend.
