I had a terrible experience with this windows company. The quality of the product was far below what was promised The installation team was unprofessional.On top of that, customer service was almost impossible to reach. When I finally got someone on the phone, they were dismissive and offered no real solutions. I’ve wasted time, money, and patience dealing with this company. I strongly recommend choosing a different provider.Extremely disappointed. The windows are very bad quality—flimsy materials, poor sealing, and already showing problems. For the price I paid, this is unacceptable.
All in all, very pleased with the complete job, i ordered black windows, and the finished product is great, it stands out from the rest of the streetThe price was very fair, and Vik was key in orchestrating things to ensure a smooth process from start to finish, even sending a crew out when a minor issue came to my attention later on which was then amended.Have done my fathers and my own windows with these people so very confident they can provide a great service to your liking.

Post sales follow up for malfunction, non existent, despite persistent calling, texting, whatsApping = zero answers over days and weeks, some promise of coming one day, never turned up and no message or excuse. Product initially ok but STAY AWAY from this company
