My order contained one bottle of the incorrect size. I ordered the 750 mL version and received the 700 mL version. I was told they couldn’t correct the order because the “independent merchants” did not have the correct size at the price I ordered. Apparently, this business doesn’t maintain their own inventory and will not use the inventory of other contractors to correct orders. To be fair, I was refunded the shipping cost and a prorated portion of the shipping insurance, an amount that roughly translated to the loss of value. However, since they admitted they don’t hold their own inventory and won’t correct mistakes made by their “independent merchants” the entire operation appears unreliable.
I had received an email ad for Eagle Rare 12 and a free bottle of ER 10. They had decent prices on ER 12 so I pulled the trigger. Seems like a great company, packaging was fantastic and everything arrived complete! Can't wait to try the ER 12!
Have not been able to find a bottle of the Blanton's single barrel bourbon in our local ABC stores. After some research and great reviews of Frootbat, I was able to order a bottle and it was delivered in a short period of time straight to our door! Definitely will order again from Frootbat! So easy, so convenient! Customer service kept me updated every step of the way and were so kind!

To add to the frustration, their shipping is exceedingly slow, lacking any sense of urgency or care. Their website claims to prioritize quality and customer satisfaction, but my experience indicates they do not uphold those promises. As a collector, here's my advice:
Avoid this platform if you value your bottles arriving in collector-grade condition. If you want to ensure your expensive, rare bourbon arrives without damaged labels or crushed packaging—and not be met with indifference—seek alternatives. This service has demonstrated to me twice that they do not prioritize their customers, packaging standards, or the trust of collectors.
I was interested in purchasing a bottle of a certain flavor until I noticed the price of $336.99 for a single 750ML bottle! At such prices, I doubt the authenticity of their reviews and believe they warrant investigation. This feels like a scam. It doesn't matter if that particular flavor is no longer produced; there's no justification for that price.
Frootbat has the best selection out there. But it’s their customer service that stands alone as the very best. They put their full effort into correcting a mistake that was on their site that caused me to receive the wrong Bourbon and made sure I got the correct bottle as quickly as they could. They really should be your go to online retailer.
Without a doubt, Frootbat has earned any and all of my future business. When I placed my very first initial order, there was a bogus email and name that pushed my information out. I have no idea how it happened. I immediately contacted Customer Service when I saw it and they more than took care of it. Their customer service is impeccable! They stayed in communication with me. I highly recommend them.
