I really like the product
It has been 3 months and I am still using the same batch happily. And their customer support is so helpful and fast in their response. I had issue with my subscription as I didn’t need another delivery and they refunded me immediately. As soon as I finished my creams I will buy new one but subscription doesn’t work with me as I travel a lot and forgot about them etc
My skin was breaking out and so dry from winter but since using Froya Organics skin care, my skin is clear and so soft. My dark circles under my eyes are also on their way out.
I truly like the mature skin balms, the moment an issue with the consistency of 2 balms came up ( sort of crystallization ), I informed customer service and they solved the issue in short time to my full satisfaction. I wish all customer services would be so responsive and helpful.
To be honest, I was really skeptical this would work. I’ve tried absolutely everything! I have hormonal acne, I’ve taken spironolactone, tretinoin, clindamycin, and every product under the sun! I figured it was in me, my hormones, and it probably had to do with my diet as well. I decided to give this a try, and omg!! It saved me! I am subscribing and referring all my friends and clients to try these products! These products have done some amazing things, and I’ll be a forever customer! I’m not going anywhere!
The products were nice to use but when I had a problem not receiving an order the customer service was very good and they were very helpful to help sort it out very efficiently
My package couldn't be delivered for some reason. I contacted customer support and they were very responsive and quick to help me. They got a new one shipped out. It was frustrating that something went wrong with the delivery but that's not there fault and worked to make it right.
The Froya Organics products are absolutely amazing, and their customer service is outstanding! I sent a question to them via email, and received a response to the email AND a resolution for my question immediately. Kind, efficient and focused on customer satisfaction - 10/10 recommend!
I accidently ordered two separate subscriptions. Customer Service was great and corrected it for me immediately. At the same time this was happening I have been trying to cancel a different subscription with another company and I have been unsuccessful, the other company is no help whatsoever. Huge contrast with Froya who has helped me immediately. Thank you!!
I have really been enjoying the product and the ritual I now have in the morning and evening. I also enjoy the natural glow from these balms as well as my skin feels more hydrated. I am grateful and excited to see results as I continue my journey with Froya.
