Already mentioned about the contradictory emails & followed by confirmatory email that they do issue a refund because my order wouldn't delivered!!, today the last episode that my order is out for delivery ! Fruugo is not trusted at all & better to get an item with higher price rather undergo fraud deals!!!
Order number 138980015. Order placed on 7 March, as soon as I paid it said delivery was 28 March which is a ridiculously long time. Unfortunately the items never arrived. Several Emails received with order tracking news but these never listed where the order was, apart from 'your order is being prepared'.So 358 aed spent. No items received and definitely no contact from customer service after repeatedly trying to contact them via their website.Very poor service, Changed to 2 stars as the items finally arrived and left on my doorstep. Customer service did contact me. Then a week after delivery they again contacted me again to say package was delivered. I still cannot recommend them nor will I ever use them again.
Hello this is mr Kerim Mehari from Dubai last week I order some products from your website I paid by credit card so the product is delivered already but they scam my card they take from my card more then 5000 plus(UAE Durham) so I whant to know what you have to do about my money. I complain already to Dubai police please let me know your answer
Fruugo is a ripoff . If you want to return an item purchased from overseas retailer in china they ignore you and do not provide valid contact details or return address for the retailer. They don’t have a functioning call center and don’t respond to your queries. Buyers beware.
I had to cancel my order because the additional shipping charges for the cutout will make the final cost higher than anticipated. Due to this, I've decided to cancel the order and requested a refund. Additionally, the cash-only refund policy complicates the process further. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet my expectations, especially considering the extended delivery time.
