Review Time
The issue is the delayed delivery as it took around 3 weeks. The seller was very cooperative and responded back to me ASAP when I commented on the delivery. Though the product is great as described and I am so satisfied.
This website is misleading. They mislead customers by showing picture and writing description and sending wrong item. And if we need to return we have to pay return charges that is nonsense!! That return charges are almost same price as item itself. Other option is only providing 10% refund if you keep item, that sucks!! . I had to give custom charges as well on top of that.I have never seen any e.commerce asking for return parcel on cost of customers and giving freaking just 10% refund only. 2 orders were wrong and items missing. Charging too much for small toy cars and showing wrong info to deceive people. what u see is what u get is not their policy, they dont send you what they show. A BIG NO NO TO THIS FRUGGO . The sellers and this website should be discontinued internationally for taking people's money and not providing free return. This was my child birthday gift which they spoiled.
I haven’t received my order within the time frame set and no shipping update was set online. After complaining i got an email from fruugo that someone will get back to me after 72 hours and still got nothing. Very bad experience especially when i needed my order on time. After this review, i was contacted by fruugo customer service agent named Sara and refunded my money. So thanks for that!
I ordered something on February 3rd and the last update I got was at February 5th!!! It was supposed to come from February 12-February 21st but I still haven’t got anything and when I check the tracking my order is still on info received. I sent an email a week ago and still haven’t got any replies.
I ordered a wedding dress at the beginning of January from tribal sensation pte….still not received on the 18th February, numerous messages to the seller and fruugo have been sent and they said they will look into it weeks ago…. Absolutely shocking customer service and no care, empathy or time with helping the customer…. I’ll never ever recommend fruugo to anyone, if you want to be waiting months, not get replied too and be left disappointed, fruugo is the place to shop 🤮
