I have not received my order! And what’s worst was the tracking information’s absence!!!Ordered last November 29,2023, delivery expected date is today December 19,2023… Tracking information was provided for only three (3) days! After December 3, 2023 the tracking information stopped appearing, the help center only says that the delivery date has not passed yet so there will be no update! What??? Just bcoz the delivery date hasn’t passed they won’t give you any update or ur order’s whereabouts? Nothing to do but patiently wait for the delivery date to come while worrying in 2 weeks if the order has been lost during the transit!Delivery date came! No package ever arrived!If you don’t wanna loose money! Never trust this Fruugo site!!!
SCAM…..Still haven’t received my order, no way to contact customer service and the online ‘track my order’ has a constant error message so no way to track. Please do not order from this websiteEDIT: I received an email, I have followed up with 3 more emails. Still no reply, no refund and no sign of my order. DO NOT ORDER
Like throwing money in the garbage. After ordering they provide a fake tracking number. Then after few days an email says tracking number has changed. New tracking number also fake. Again 3 days later another fake tracking number. No sign of my Item which I ordered a month ago and supposed to be delivered one week ago. First and last time to order from these cheaters
Ordered two items and none of the arrived. One was a Christmas present for my daughter which was ment to arrive between the 15th-22nd of December so she was very disappointed. Still waiting for a refund almost 3 weeks later. Will definitely not be ordering again.
