Julie was our specialist at HSL Bristol. She was fantastic. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable and above all efficient. I had tried for so long to find a comfortable chair that fitted ME. It’s like buying shoes.They have to fit, be supportive and they have to be comfortable. If they are stylish too (like my new chair is) then that is EVERYTHING. My whole experience at HSL was incredibly heartwarming. We were so impressed that my husband bought a chair to fit him too. Well done Julie and thank you so much.
Well trained, friendly staff who guided us through the choice and purchase of a chair with no hurry and no pressure. This is really appreciated, given that this is a big decision about an expensive item that is going to make a difference to the quality of life of the person for whom it is being purchased over a long period of time.

The whole process of coming out to the home, measuring up for the ideal chair and choosing the perfect style to fit in with furnishings was very smooth.
