You're designs are fabulous. I had a terrible time wrapping my head around the whole lot...it took me hours to navigate through all of your selections. (That's a good thing, I was in utter and complete AWE. I have NEVER seen anything like it. I ordered a couple of pieces that I adored. My sizing was all over the map, however I hope the sizing guidelines are well to do! I had to judge each piece for fit while keeping my fingers crossed. Once I have my template pieces, I'll finish my shopping job! I cannot emphasize enough how creative, outlandishly beautiful, whilst outstanding in their field. I'm anxious to see the actual garment. Thank you for such a rarity. The whole thing blew my mind that I could obtain one or more of these pieces. (the Halloween is my favorite) Thanks again.
I placed an order on October 1 and today's October 10 and I still haven't received it. I checked the shipping status and it hasn't even shipped yet. When I placed the order, I didn't realize that this company was located in China. I contacted customer service and was told the item would be shipped in 7 to 10 days. Well, it's 10 days and it still hasn't shipped. I don't know how long it will take to get from China to Wisconsin, but this is absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend ordering from this company. I have no idea the quality of the product that they're selling but if you place an order, be prepared for a long wait. My next step is to try and cancel it let's see how well that goes.
Ordered “95% cotton” shirts.Received 100% nylon shirts.Complained right away and it’s been the run-around ever since.At every stage, it’s “please understand that our customer service process is long and cumbersome…”My product was shipped from California, yet they want me to pay for expensive return shipping to China. All to make good on a shirt that was not at all what was described. Should be a 100% refund.Instead of the cumbersome return process, they offered a 20% discount coupon on a future purchase. When I decline that, it became a 30% discount on a future purchase. Um, no.They freely admit that the shirts are not made of cotton as described on the product page, and they promise to “improve and control the quality and details more strictly in the future”.At all stages, the customer service seeks to stall and stall. It’s like they somehow know that there is a time limit on us customers for disputing charges or something. Gee, I wonder how…End result - the credit card company is my friend. They’ve stepped in and approved a disputed charge. It’s like they somehow know that Funbibi pulls this same stunt on many customers. Gee, I wonder how…
