I've ordered twice from this company, and the descriptions of the items and the pictures are not always accurate. You need to look at the fabric material because this can affect the fit. A non stretchable fabric might require a larger size, and vice versa. One top, Women's Vintage Lupine Oil Painting Art Linen V-neck T-shirt, looks nothing like the picture and appears to be a digital screen shot print? Another top description, Daisy Bee Embroidery Art Print V-Neck T-Shirt, is not embroidered at all. Out of the six tops I am keeping three. Shipping on both orders took about three weeks. I inquired about an exchange or refund but was told the cost would probably be too high to return to China, so was offered a 30% coupon. I will be donating the three tops I don't want to charity and deduct them off my taxes.
The size chart on the website is for thin Asian bodies. I ordered a M, based upon the chest size listed, but it is just wrong. I contacted support, within minutes of placing my order and receiving my confirmation to change the size to L. Support said, don't cancel the order, we will change the size to L. They didn't. After waiting weeks for receipt of the sweater, they sent me an M. And it is small. They will not return my emails now.
We placed 2 order and after 2 weeks it hasn't been shipped. This was a Halloween order and was placed to insure it would arrive in time. I contacted the company through their online chat with no response. I went through the same issue with Baerskin products that took 3 months to receive, I don't see the point of marketing a product for Halloween that won't be delivered until Thanksgiving or Christmas.
Complete misrepresentation of merchandise. The picture and description of the item was completely false. Was expecting a knitted sweater with hood and received a cheap polyester hoodie with a cheep screen print of knitting on it. When I tried to send it back they said it had to go to China and would take a month and the high return shipping would be paid by me. Oh but they did offer me a 20% off my next purchase coupon (of crappy clothing I would never purchase again) to appease me. Stay clear of them.
