Incomplete order and unresponsive customer service

I received an incomplete order and the customer service did not resolve the issue; ultimately, they ignored me and left my matter unresolved, failing to provide what I paid for. I ordered several customizable characters as gifts for Christmas, and while I was fine with the wait, one of the characters arrived missing a personalization accessory. It may seem minor, but with faceless figures and limited outfit options, it’s the accessories that help define the character. What I received was not what I paid for. I reached out to customer service, who requested photos of the item and packaging. I sent clear images showing the missing piece and explained what I needed. They assured me they would address the issue and mentioned that this wasn’t their usual standard, which contradicts what I see in other reviews. After a few more weeks, I received a package, but instead of the missing piece I requested, they sent me the other characters I ordered. While I appreciated getting the additional characters, I still did not receive the complete character I initially inquired about. This is why I’m giving 2 stars. I would have rated it 1 star for the inadequate customer service, but I’ve added an extra star because they made some effort to resolve the issue, and I don’t want to confuse incompetence with malice.

Stay away from this service. Orders seem to be going missing. I'm still waiting for an order from November that never shipped. This was a limited item that no other customers have received. It appears to have been taken by the staff.

Extremely disappointing experience.

Extremely disappointing experience. On December 2nd, I placed an order that included a standard figure and a custom one. The standard figure arrived after a week, but the custom item (which costs significantly more) has yet to be delivered. The automated support on the website insists that the order is complete. Only after a lengthy explanation does it acknowledge that one figure is still missing and suggests submitting a ticket. However, no one responds to these tickets, despite the promise of a reply in 3-5 days. That's a lie—you never receive a response. I've been waiting for 10 days with no updates. The website chat is of no assistance. I attempted to cancel the order to get my money back since the figure hasn’t been shipped, but the chat informed me that cancellation is not possible, it can't issue a refund, and I need to create a ticket—which, as you can guess, will go unanswered. Unacceptable!

Extremely disappointed with the order

I am really upset as I ordered a DIY item for my son's birthday, but received the wrong one. I've emailed multiple times with no response, just vague promises of getting back to me. This was supposed to be a gift for my son, and it's unacceptable behavior from a large company. The only way to reach them is through email, and they never reply.

Regret not checking the reviews before purchasing.

I regret not looking at the reviews before placing my order. I did receive my item, but it arrived in a different themed box than I selected. Additionally, I paid extra for a protective case, but it came scratched and damaged. I haven't heard back from the support team, so I’m worried I’ll have to gift this and feel embarrassed.

Disappointed with the Delivery Experience

I placed an order for a custom item on 02/11/2025 as a Christmas gift for my son, and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. I reached out to the company in November and received a tracking ID on 26/11/2025, but the latest update shows “Still Awaiting Carrier Pick-up.” I paid €52 for the item, including €6 for shipping, and after 6 weeks, there's still no sign of it. I contacted customer support a week ago, but I have yet to receive a reply. I will be reaching out to my bank to attempt to get a refund, and I will not be purchasing from this company again.

Terrible experience with the service. I saw numerous advertisements for a special 25% discount on personalized items, but I encountered error messages instead. After some effort, I managed to complete a purchase, only to receive another error indicating I could buy it for free. That order was canceled, and I was offered a 50% discount on the item as an apology. Following even more error messages, I finally purchased a personalized item along with an additional package. The delivery took an eternity, and the additional package was missing. After reaching out, they informed me weeks later that the package was out of stock and issued a refund of £12.50, despite the actual cost being £15 plus £3 for shipping. I would not recommend this site due to significant technical and operational problems.

Extremely disappointing service this year. I placed an order on the 18th of November. It was dispatched on the 28th. I'm still waiting for this order, and the tracking information hasn't changed at all since it was processed.
