Terrible service! I ordered a dining room table that took two weeks to arrive instead of the promised 7-10 days. The table top arrived damaged, and the delivery person refused to bring it inside. When I reported the damage, I was rudely told it was my fault and they refused to replace or refund my money of £453.33! I would steer clear of this seller; many others have had similar experiences.
I ordered a round marble table of excellent quality at a great price. It took about a week longer to arrive than advertised, but the staff were very responsive and apologetic via email. Customer service was impressive; I received a call the day before delivery to confirm my availability. The table arrived on time, and the delivery driver helped unwrap it and ensured I was satisfied before leaving. I appreciated this, as returns would have been complicated for such a large item. I hadn't ordered from this seller before, but I would do so again.
