They offered me a project wich was as a free lance.On my question if this also could be on a payroll, that was no problem, we even talked about the salary.One hour before the interview it was only possible as a free lance. Phishing, spam and careless demeanor. Multiple calls, emails, linkedin messages from multiple people of the same firm asking the exact same things; prompting interest by stating my experience fits perfectly without specific positions being mentioned, carefully redirecting the discussion. All imeddiatelly followed by provide referrences in the format "Employer: / Telephone: / Email: / Position: ". Asking where else I may be applying, what role, responsibilities and salary range. Actively seeking instant answers on the call there and then.
G2 Recruitment is not a genuine recruitment agency in my experience. Over the last two weeks, I’ve had calls from three different people pretending they already work with my company. They randomly throw out a name like, “Is your team leader Jack?” — when you say no, they immediately ask for the correct name and spelling, clearly fishing for information.They have no real projects and no understanding of the regulations in the country where they claim they’ll find you a job. Even though my company is large and well-known, they clearly had no knowledge of it. This is not professional recruitment — it’s a data collection scam.
Avoid.......they'll never stop harassing you. I've emailed, clicked unsubscribe and I still get emails galore off a guy called Brookes. I did put hos full name and G2 asked me to remove it. Fair enough. Today another of their staff emailed me about jobs. Even though I told her by email Im not interested. Those company are a nightmare. Avoid, because you cant block em and they ignore unsubscribe emails....
