Avoid this company at all costs!!!

Avoid this company at all costs! They misled my company by sending us on an assignment without a valid contract with the client. Upon arrival, we discovered the position didn't even exist! As a result, we incurred significant financial losses from travel and expenses. The incompetence of the entire team is astounding—they can't even handle basic tasks. Steer clear of G2 to spare yourself from similar frustrations and losses.

Very patronising I haven’t even had my…

Very patronising I haven’t even had my first interview and they cancelled 2 interview sessions with me. I missed one call and they said we were waiting for you what where you doing? They didn't even apologise. They respond by stating they have a lot of intrest so i should call back asap. I am not under their employment and they are already behaving like this? . Not the type of behaviour i expect from a recruiter.

Poor Company To Work For

Around 2022 September/October, I applied for this job as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. I have always wanted to do recruitment, many of my family members are in recruitment and I have good knowledge of the job role. G2 Recruitment reached out after I applied and I had a brief call with standard interview questions. The woman that called me was extremely nice and friendly. However, I soon found out that she was just a recruitment consultant. Now working for a really well established recruitment agency, this is really poor. A recruitment consultant should not be interviewing for the same role as her, this should be someone in the management team.I did get a face to face interview… well, I call it that. It was slave labour. I went in and had an in depth chat with the manager. He was quite passive aggressive and came across like I was wasting his time. He was rushing my questions and made me feel intimidated. I have always been told I perform extremely well in interviews. I always believe I can hold myself well; even though this Manager tried to put me under pressure, I still believe I smashed it. Our conversation lasted around an hour and a half. Just the standard questions, however I found a couple of his questions weird. He told me that the agency produces a lot of commission and what I would do with that money. I felt if that was very personal. However, I told him that I have always wanted to buy a house young and would like to save up for a deposit on a nice house and create a family. He then pushed for what deposit I would give, would I not get a car first etc. I just found him very strange. After that he then took me to the main office and sat me down at one of the spare computers. He made me go through a list of previous clients they had used in their agency and call them all to reoffer services. Bear in mind I have never done recruitment work before. And he kind of left me on my own. He listened to 3 calls and gave me feedback and then left me for 2 hours calling through this list, in front of a full office. He then told me to go on my lunch for 30 minutes. I thought this was an interview. Not a trial shift. I came back after lunch and he invited me back into his office and just was talking about the company in depth. It was all just his ego talking, telling me about how far he has come in life. I finished around 2:30 bare in mind I was there at 9AM. As soon as I got home he told me I did not get the job due to me not being money oriented. He wanted me to buy expensive watches and clothes with my money as the first thing he bought with his commission was a Rolex. I was disgusted by this. I asked if there was any other reason and he just said that was the only issue. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS GREEDY COMPANY

Frustrating company to work with

I've had a frustrating experience with G2. While our cooperation began well, things have taken a turn for the worse. They consistently fail to pay my invoices on time and have issues with their administration, including missing timesheets. What's even more frustrating is that they don't proactively address these mistakes; they only respond when I send reminders about unpaid invoices. This has been a highly disappointing experience.

i think this company is a scam…

i think this company and its employees are scam.send email with jobs not real (no real client) and if they ever call they will just try to collect information as much as they can from the job seekers (about their managers, some contacts...etc)better to block them and never answer their calls/requests

Just SPAM

I received multiple emails about wildly irrelevant positions from this company. Never something I could actually do.I asked them to delete my data and stop contacting me. If they do again, further action will be taken.

I think this company is a Scam

I think this company is a Scam. They have been bombarding me about vacancies that they think I am suitable for. But when I replied that I am interested in the position. No communication again The next thing is another email to say that there is a job I am suitable for. They are coming across as a Scam company. Too many emails, when I responded or call they don't seems to know what they have sent out to I don't think there is any real job that exist. I am assuming they are using the Platform for training. I have asked them to remove my name from there database which they have not done . I am frustrated with them

They have been bombarding me with emails, most of them with irrelevant jobs. I have requested to be unsubscribed and my request has been ignored.
