The return policy is terrible, I bought 2 pants and decided to keep 1 and when I brought it to the post office the delivery fee they imposed was over 17 dollars the cheapest delivery fee, I knew I had to pay to sent back but 17 dollars on a 33 dollars pants it outrageous! Definitely not shopping with this store anymore!
G4Free has provided me with excellent customer service. I have bought 4 pairs of pants. 2 barrel legged sweats. They have been a life saver during my trips easy to pack, wrinkle free, super comfortable, soft, great for fluctuating kind of weather. Easy to care for. Completely satisfied with G4Free.
The company's return policy is horrible and their customer service is just as bad. They only allow returns for a fraction(25%) of the cost I paid. They allow an exchange but I don't want an exchange. It took me at least 10 emails to find this out. I should be able to return for a full refund. Stay away!
