I contacted James regarding a Rolex GMT Master 11, Sprite. He told me all about the watch, no pressure at all. I was invited to view the watch at their office and it was perfect. I bought the watch and I’m very happy with it. Great price and great customer service. I’m going back to buy one for my wife very soon. James and his business partner are honest and decent business people. If you are looking for a luxury item, you’ll not go far wrong.
Phenomenal service from James and Nathan. I had a very strict budget with an even greater demand for the design and style of watch i required. They worked tirelessly to source exactly what I needed and in record time too.They kept me updated throughout the whole process ans we're transparent at every step (unlike other watch or jeweler companies). They both went above and beyond to communicate late into the evening to ensure the whole process ran as smooth as it could for me. To top it off, James even accommodated my request to meet at 9pm at night in their showroom, to which he obliged.
