I think 7€ is too expensive for me as I have a lot of things every month it adds up. By the time she finishes school life is hard enough reasonably 5€ a month I suggest . It also a good idea to get insurance I understand nobody wants to destroy IPads . Thank you

the length of time it took to renew…

the length of time it took to renew over the phone was ridiculous. Basically every line of the renewal letter and all policy details had to be read out to me and confirmed the It took at least 30-40 minutes and totally unnecessary - i rang to renew and knew what i was renewing. time and motion study needed

Requests for review of the service, and chasers to review, prior to the device being delivered - not good customer service, reviews should be requested only after the claims process has had to be utilised, or renewals on the anniversary of the policy. On initial policy, unable to do multi gadget policy, frustrating, and consequently additional time usage/ alternate providers sought.
