I bought two Black+Blum lunch boxes while one of the clicking/closing flips of a lunch box fails to close the box and detaches out on each trial.It's unfortunate to raise an exchange here but I could not upload any image files in either your requested file types like PNG, JPG (JPEG), PDF and BMP which was under 6MB per file through your "Email our Customer Service Team" system. And you do not have a customer service email address. As I'd like to raise a written request rather than a phone call, I'd raise it here.I was trying to send you a link here showing the defective feature but this system is again not supporting.The online order number:6600035456Please kindly contact the related email address to get the link showing the issue and discuss further on the matter. Purchased a water feature and the price was far better than we had seen elsewhere.Contacted promptly after the order to arrange a date for delivery, which was within the promised timescale.Item delivered well packaged and works as expected.The only negative (and appreciate that this is partly outside of the garden centre's control - but they choose who they want to send items with) the delivery was absolutely hopeless. Advised in the morning that it would be delivered before noon. Then at lunchtime advised between 12:30-14:30. Then when it didn't arrive advised between 15:03 - 16:03. And it finally arrived after 16:30. When you have to wait in until the item arrives, it is very frustrating to be trapped at home all day because the delivery (via the pallet network) is so misleading. I'd give five stars for the gardencentre and no stars for the delivery process.
I recently tried to post a review on Gardencentre.co.uk website about my poor experience as a genuine customer, but they refused to publish it.I had ordered a garden table online that was clearly listed as “available” with specified delivery dates. After placing and paying for my order, the company cancelled it without any explanation or apology. When I shared this experience in a review on their website, they emailed me back saying they would not publish it.As a customer, I feel this is unacceptable. If you value reliable service and honest customer feedback, I would recommend avoiding this company.
