This has been an extremely disappointing experience. I returned a product, but after six days, my refund has yet to arrive. The customer support is inadequate; whenever I inquire, they just tell me to wait. However, nothing has materialized. I strongly recommend avoiding purchases from this platform, as they are misleading their customers.

The service here is unacceptable! You cannot return or exchange a defective item. They deliver products with such poor quality, and if something is wrong, you are stuck. They waste your time with apologies while nothing gets resolved. This is the worst service I have encountered. I will never shop here again.
This service is not professional at all. I received my order on Friday, 26th December, but only the t-shirt arrived; the joggers were missing. I raised a ticket and reported the issue, but despite the package listing both items, the joggers were not included. The package was intact. I have provided all the evidence and pictures. Please send the missing product as soon as possible. I even waited for 48 hours for a WhatsApp resolution, but the agent said they couldn't assist as it wasn't their error.

They consistently fail to deliver orders on time. There are constant delays, and the product quality is extremely poor. Items often look very different from their website images, and customer care is frustratingly unresponsive. While their t-shirts are cheap, the hassle of delays and poor quality is simply not worth it.
I had a very frustrating experience with the return process. I requested a return due to poor fitting and a missing pocket, but my request was canceled without resolution. Multiple delivery agents kept contacting me for pickup even after the product was already picked up, causing confusion and stress. Customer support was slow and unhelpful, leading me to escalate the issue to the consumer helpline. Compared to other platforms, this was extremely disappointing.
