I'm a repeat customer for purchasing software. I did encounter an error message as I tried to activate it, but their customer service was able to resolve it within a few minutes. I've been using my previous software purchase for 3 years with no problem, and an updated version for my new computer is working fine.
Often when you use on line software purchasing it’s a gamble weather you get support for any problems. And online software and problems go hand-in-hand. I was pleasantly surprised that when running into the inevitable problems I was not only able to quickly get help with only a short wait on hold, but it was with a human, which I could easily understand and at 6:40PM on a Friday night…Their Time. Customer orientated serves is not dead.
