I ordered a hairdryer from Garfield

I ordered a hairdryer from Garfield. Salon Equipment, the company has merged with another company. And there’s no way to contact them other than driving out to the location. That’s what I did. I spoke with someone in the office and they assured me they would get back to me the next day that never happened. I gave it a week. I called back again. The gentleman answered the phone told me he’d call me back in a few minutes, that was a week ago at this point I just want A refund when you cannot contact the company and they’re not emailing or calling you back that’s not good.I feel like I have been robbed, no correspondence no response. Very disappointed. I used to shop at this company few years back.I don’t recommend ordering from them

Paragon replacement hoses

Ordered my shampoo bowl replacement hoses and a week later was told they are discontinued. Paid $106-$108 each and then found the hoses on Amazon for $16!!!

The equipment does not work and we tried to work with the support staff, they have not been very attentive in resolving this. It was first reported on Dec 28th and still not resolved.

I recieved my product within 72 hours…

I recieved my product within 72 hours after placing my order!The assembly instructions need improvement and I have an extra screw (not a Garfield issue). I was able to figure it out after finding an image of the back of the product and replicating the image.
