Recently got a charger from this company at very reasonable price. The process was very quick from start to the end. Moss was very helpful and managed to answer all my questions and helped me setup everything. Excellent service!
Just had my waEV charger installed and it looks brilliant, from ordering it to fitting took 5 days and the lad who fitted it done a very good professional job 10/10. waEV keep you informed with texts and emails so your not kept in the dark thank you very much the waEV team.
Super quick to install, I phoned on Monday and the charger was fully installed and working by Wednesday 9am, less than 48 hours!Also very easy to set up with the app, communication was good from the installer and looks neat and tidy. Very happy.
The best best customer service of any company I have ever experienced. Contracted on whatapp quite late at night and yet a friendly voice at the end of the phone being able to help me support me but most of all listen to what was wrong so we could get out sorted I have to mention that this was also very very late at night most people are in bed. Customer service and knowing your product is how you get loyal customers, and these guys definitely know what they’re chatting about!! Thank you again for saving a super stressed overtired mum !
