Superb, I received a new car, all the cars in the park looked like they were only new models, the staff was friendly, I rented the car for 4 days for 320 euros, the receipt/handover of the car was very ok, everything was great, thank you very much!
Everything was great. Maybe the queuing at the airport to get the car was a bit long but otherwise nothing to complain about. Friendly and professional staff speaking very good English. The car was also top notch. Will use again definitely.

Very quick reservation after a missed plane, to go from Rome to Milano airport where my car was parked. Staff very friendly and professional. Car was perfect (Fiat 600 automatic). As a last minute reservation, the price was probably higher than usual (a bit less than 200€ for one day including the fact that the restitution point is not at the start place).
This was one of my most frustrating experiences. I was denied after making my payment and receiving confirmation. The reason given was not a valid requirement, and the unfriendly representative dismissed me, saying to consult with my broker for a resolution.

Exercise caution with the administration fees associated with receiving fine tickets. These fees can appear months after your rental and are deducted from your credit card without your consent. This clause is not easily noticeable in the contract. The customer service is extremely unhelpful and discourteous, even after I paid the administration fee, which should warrant a level of cooperation. I reached out to them about a potential issue regarding the non-receipt of physical documents from local authorities, needing their assistance to ensure timely payment of fines. Instead, they insisted the letter would arrive at my home address and abruptly ended the call mid-sentence. Additionally, my ability to file a complaint through their website was restricted after just one attempt. I've received two fines so far, and they have deducted the administration fees from my account twice without my control. I cannot verify the legitimacy of these fines and had to contact local authorities myself. If there are any late payment charges, it would solely be due to the company's failure to inform or assist. What justifies these administrative charges for processing fines? They are not the local authorities, and these fees do not constitute fines; no actual damage has occurred, making it merely a revenue stream for the company. At the very least, this money should be utilized to assist customers in managing their fines promptly. It's time to improve customer relations and hire staff with better English skills for international communication.
This car rental is conveniently located close to my home and the subway station, making it easy to access. There are no long lines since it's not at an airport or train station. The staff (including the representatives at pick up and drop off) were efficient and made the process quick and straightforward.
