I've been using geepay for sometime now and it has been working smoothly for me. But recently I was asked to verify my bank details which I did but my account was suspended. Also the money I sent from my Payoneer has not yet reflected in my USD wallet till now. Please can something be done about this swiftly?
Issue with verification I just got verified after waiting a long time for the verification of my id . I then created my usd account . Then next day my verification gets rejected. I reall don’t understand you guys and I gave you all the information you needed. And you people don’t respond on your customer service

This is the first time I am using geegpay. Everything was working fine on Geegpay Account until I withdrew my hard earned sweat to Geegpay from freelancer.com. My Account was Suspended and I don't know why. After I withdrew $49 USD to that account, it was suspended. This happened today. I don't want to believe that my money is gone. Because nobody is responding to me again including their customer support. They suddenly found a reason to Block my account. Why didn't they Block it when there was no money Inside?. The message I got is that they choose not to provide their service to me again. Update: Issue resolved
I have brought the sluggish and perceived fraudulent act of GeegPay to the notice of the public.After signing up and verifying my account, including submitting proof of identity, employment, etc., GeegPay approved my account.However, to my surprise, GeegPay started off by asking me to verify my employment and identity again some days ago - that I did. After many submissions of proof of identity and messages to the ‘professed’ support team, they approved my identity and account again.Now, GeegPay has 2 of my payment transactions under review. After submitting all the info and documents they requested for, even though the info they requested for were ridiculous and unnecessary, @GeegPay has refused to pay my money still.
