Hi geegpay,I actually enjoyed a quick transaction from Upwork to geegpay but I have a little issue that I need to resolve . I initiated the 2 factor authentication as adviced by your team but unfortunately the codes are not working. I have tried everything possible but it keeps saying invalid code. I want the two factor authentication to be deactivated do I can use just my password for transactions. Please help
I initiated a transaction of $105 to geegpay.africa on Friday morning. However, as of today, Wednesday, the funds have not been credited to my account. I have engaged in multiple conversations with their customer care representatives, but their responsiveness has been lacking. Despite providing all the requested documentation to address this issue, the status on the chat indicates that my messages have been seen, yet no reply or action has been taken.I previously encountered a similar problem when they held my $305, although the issue was eventually resolved. At that time, I inquired about the safety of their system, and they assured me that it was secure. However, to date, my $105 has not been credited. This situation raises concerns that they may have intentions to abscond with our funds.In light of these circumstances, I am compelled to report this company to Wells Fargo, Amazon, Ebay, and Reanest. The magnitude of this trouble exceeds what can be reasonably managed by a single individual.Safe your self from the stress and don't use this company for any of your transactions
I'm giving geegpay bad rating because of their terrible customer service. My account was suspended just because I added a beneficiary which is supposed to be normal, I've sent numerous emails and I'm not getting any response, my money is hanging there and it's very frustrating.
I am giving Geegpay this rating because their customer service is terrible and needs improvement. They don't respond to messages and their is no option to call them directly.I have been using them for a while with minimal issues (just their lack of customer service) but geegpay has frustrated me more in the past 24 hours. I am a freelancer on Upwork and I stated that while registering and I withdrew funds from my Upwork account to geegpay. I got a mail in the morning to verify the payment and I responded immediately. Since then, I have not heard from them. I sent numerous messages and emails but up until now, I haven't gotten a response. Not even an acknowledgment of the document. Many people are really complaining about withheld funds even after verifying and this is not funny at all.It is making a lot of people lose trust in Nigeria’s fintech services. I would like them to prioritize issues like this and attend to people faster so they can access their funds. They should also provide a phone number that people can call to resolve their issues.Please look into my matter and release my payment because I already have plans for the money.Thank you.My issue has been resolved and I have my payment. I appreciate the team and we would like to see improvements in your customer service. An option to call an agent won’t be a bad idea.
I applied for a geeg pay account, I Uploaded all my documents, I gave them my BVN, Nepa Bill, NIN.Then It was yet to be approved.I waited for 3 weeks, only to see my application was declined without a reason.I reached out to their customer service. No Reply.I would advice you to use Grey. Co the platform is secure and they have good customer service.I had a small problem with my grey account, I reached out to their customers service, and in few hours I got the solution.
This geegpay.africa is a scam, please be very very careful with them.Why did I say so? Imagine the account I have done KYC successfully before, I have even created USD and other foreign accounts with the geegpay account I created, infact I have been using it.But, suddenly this account starts showing KYC not verify, and I can't access the dashboard again. After doing another KYC, it is now showing "review in progress" this review in progress will just be showing till eternity.Well, I am lucky I don't have any fund in the account Now, let me expose this useless company, initially they will approve your account easily, suddenly once you start using it, they will frozen the account so you won't have access to it again.Please, if you have ear, listen, don't go near geegpay.africa.The people behind this are 419, scammers and fraudster.Bye
