Geegpay stole my fund.I loaded $500 into my Geegpay virtual card 26th of June 2023. The funds wasn’t anywhere to be found the next day, they wiped out my card balance . All available to get my funds back has been excuses upon excuses. This is 13th of July, nothing yet has been done. Kindly stay away from them they aren’t trust worthy.
It's very disappointing that you guys started well but now bad reviews everywhere, i Loaded 10 usd on my dollar card, transaction was successfully,10 usd added then it disappeared when no transaction was done. Your customer care said 2 business day today is the 3rd day. Your company starting to act as scammers.
This is so unfortunate and bad service from geegpay,i received a payment of $4500 they place it under review for nothing and I submitted all the document required and they are yet to release the funds to me this is my transaction id tran_f32423e125cef3a and I contacted the customer service but they are not responding and $4500 is a huge money

Hello geegpay. I opened an account with geegpay, provided all the required documents but it's more than 24 hours and I haven't been verified. What might be the problem? I tried sending email to but it kept saying the mail does not exist.
This is 8:22pm. Since 3:06pm today 13th June 2023, I effected a transfer of 5000NGN from my GTB account and till now geegpay is still indicating "await funding". Na waa oh! This is most discouraging as this is my first transaction with them and I have sent at least 3 mails to their support team.
I just opened an account and you guys asked for my details i provided everything necessary and you guys told me my account will be reviewed in the next few hours it has been days and you guys have not done anything please i need a response what is wrong!
I sent funds from my geepay account to my local account, at first, it showed submitted but not successful, after a period of time the money reversed to my account, I immediately initiated the transfer again, and this time around, from submitted to successful but up until now the money is yet to reflect in my account, this has been over 7hrs now. Unlike before when I do such transaction, the money automatically reflects in my account. This is just so disheartening as I have a lot of bills to pay.
