Like others have stated, bad customer service, impossible to return items. I paid £13 to send some of their stuff back and I havent receieved my refund and it's been over 6 months. Highly recommend not to buy from here. They dont really reply they just ghosted me

If I could give 0 I would ofBought a jumper from a meta ad in November and after 2 weeks chased them as no delivery, told it was standard to wait 12-15 days. Emailed again before Christmas and told they were busy and as a thanks they would include a gift18th Jan emailed again and asked for a refund, told it was on its way and with me within 4-5 days. Now the 31st Jan and still nothingI don’t trust them and would suggest you do not give away your hard earned money to a company who thinks it’s ok to lie on their delivery promises and via their customer service Will be raising this issue with my credit card company for them to chase them

SCAM!!! Do not buy anything from this website! My husband bought me a jumper for Christmas - ordered in November and never came. My husband has emailed numerous times and requested a refund but has had nothing.

I would give 0 star if possible! AVOID ITS A SCAM

I would give 0 star if possible!! I placed an order for 2 men’s jumpers £45 each, nothing has arrived and despite emails with them providing false tracking details and assurances the items will arrive still no delivery updates. EVRI state on my account they have the items but communication chats advise they have never collected the items. Delving deeper through SHOPIFY who mention a company called CANPAR have my items but again information is false. The bank state payments have been sent to SP GENEVE ATELIER, I can’t find any records of this company. If you see GENEVE-MAN selling on social media BE WARNED it is a scam. I will try to retrieve my money via the bank but don’t hold up much luck.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Do not purchase as you will not receive the expected goods. They take your money, email the following day to advise of an unexpected delay due to logistics and advise it will be 10/15 day delivery. They do not answer emails and goods do not arrive. I ordered with them on 11th Dec and am still waiting. Please do not waste your money with this company.

Scam, how FB allow this lot to advertise is beyond me, FB should be sanctioned too. I was stupid enough to believe that the advertised goods would be at the prices offered. I’ve been repeatedly fobbed off that the goods are on their way etc. Bullshit.I have now disputed with my credit card company in the hope of getting my money back.Don’t go near this bunch of fraudulent mobsters.

placed one order in the past, received ok ordered again 12 nov and nothing, same email responses refuse to refund me. i am getting replies please be patient. not happening on to bank now do not trust this company whatsoever is my advice
