After years of shopping with the company, I'm now hesitant to return. I purchased $300 winter boots, tried on various sizes in-store, and felt confident. The company refuses to assist. For the sake of a $100 pair of sneakers, they are willing to lose a customer. Very poor attitude towards customers. I’ve taken my business elsewhere.
