Review Time
Ordered a chicken doner kebab with cheesy fries. Really small portion for nearly £9. The chicken was awful maybe not chicken, it was like the ultra processed wafer thin sandwich chicken you buy in packs from the supermarket with an added ring of fat and tons of salt. Awful.
So about a week ago I bought 2 of the rice boxes. The 1st problem was there was no beef. They were going to cook it but it was going to be over a 10 minute wait. This was changed to chicken. The next problem was that they put tomatoes on one of the bowls despite one being marked as without tomato. Then last night 2 boxes were purchased while one was ok. The other I found something sharp and inedible I couldn’t determine whether it was a bone shard. Either which way both times I’ve had a problematic experience.
19/04/25 at 11:10 pm I ordered doner wrap. The waiter gaver cold wrap and I told her to change,she changed it the worst thing the put the wrap in microwave with pleasure I want to speak with manager one day I I come back.0 customer service
Very bad service at Burton branch. The female server had no clue of what to prioritise. I was waiting for my order which was ready and she just ignored me and kept serving others! What a rude person. Certainly won't go back there again.
Gdk do better ! Complete joke took ages even tho the shop was pretty empty when the food was finally ready NO bag offered when I asked for a bag he laughed at me and said no we have no large bags left and when I said what about a medium he just laughed at me and just gave a horrible look until I left! He was so rude not helpful one bit I would have paid for a bag but instead get laughed at what is wrong with people. Won’t be returning
I was really disappointed with my order. The wrap I received felt like it was an old, uncollected order that was just re-wrapped and handed to me—it came out way too fast to have been freshly made. When I got home, one side of the wrap was cold and the other side was barely warm, which definitely didn’t seem freshly prepared.I also paid for spicy sauce, which was completely missing. Really poor experience overall.
