Review Time
Although I didn't eat for free, I ordered a meat salad box that was advertised as having no fries. However, when it was served to me, I discovered that there were salads on top, which included lettuce, a small amount of doner meat in the middle, and fries at the bottom of the box. Essentially, I paid over £8.00 for a small serving of fries and a small amount of meat. I feel that they are cheating their customers.
Ordered over £50 worth of food and they didn’t even give me a free bottle of water. The food is overpriced and the portions are getting smaller and smaller. I certainly won’t be ordering from them again just cause they didn’t give me a free bottle of water with my order.
I used to buy food from them when the newly came in market from last few years there slowly becoming like a shit.No matter if you buy box meals or something else they will fulfil with lots of salad I stopped myself getting food from them, but today suddenly I don’t know why I get my dinner meal from GDK I remove few salad item from my meal but my biggest mistake is I didn’t remove the lettuce so they fulfil my whole meal with lots of lettuce . I really wants to throw the item on their face and get my money back, but I’m not gonna do because I know nothing will be change. And it’s not like they’re feeding us for free nowadays there meal getting more expensive we are still buying food from them and in return we are getting cheaper salad only also I took a few pictures but I don’t think I can upload in here and today I bought my mail from one of the store in 33-35 Ripple Road, Barking, London, EMEA IG11 7NT hope my feedback will see by the head office team of GDK.
We go there fairly regularly and there is always an assistant to help people if there’s a problem using the ordering machines. Kyle at Baldock was particularly helpful to customers guiding them through the system and downloading the app. The food always tastes flavourful and fresh.
My first time here - Nafissa was very patient explaining all the different menu options to help me choose.I had a chicken, rice & salad bowl which was delicious. Very reasonable price, and portion size (at £8.99) was perfect for lunchtime.Service was excellent - I have mobility issues and Nafissa kindly delivered my meal to the table. I would definitely come back
