Order placed on December 8 still not received

I ordered on December 8 and it still hasn't arrived. The tracking hasn't changed since December 10. I was excited to give it to my wife for Christmas, but it seems unlikely to arrive on time. Customer service has been prompt, but I just want the package. I’ll update to 5 stars if it arrives before Christmas.

Really happy with my purchase

Ordered 4 items on Black Friday and I’ve been using the Chill Nest every day since it arrived. It’s more comfortable than I expected, feels sturdy, and it holds my phone/tablet securely without slipping. It’s made watching videos or reading in bed/sofa much easier, and it definitely reduces hand strain compared to holding a device for a long time.Shipping was international in my case, so the tracking didn’t update immediately at first (it showed limited information for a while). I messaged customer support because I was a bit worried, and they replied in a clear and reassuring way, explaining that updates can appear later once the parcel reaches the next scan point or local delivery network. Exactly as they said, the tracking eventually updated and the parcel arrived safely, well packaged, and as described.Overall, the product quality met my expectations, and what I appreciated most was the customer service, responsive, professional, and helpful.
