I placed an order for a baking dish set from an online platform on December 2 for my son’s birthday. The first delivery arrived with a significant scratch. I reported it right away with photos, but received no response for four days until I followed up. I was informed via email that the delay was due to a staff member being out of the office. A replacement was sent on December 16, after the birthday celebration, and it too arrived with noticeable scratches, indicating a lack of quality control. I was then expected to carry the damaged item to the post office while managing a child in a stroller. Finally, the third dish arrived without damage, over a month after I initially ordered. Despite the missed occasion, ongoing issues, and the inconvenience caused, I was told there would be no compensation since the matter was considered “resolved.” This experience reflects shockingly poor customer service and a disregard for customers’ time. I strongly advise against purchasing from this service.

I do not recommend this service.
What can I say?! Despite some less favorable reviews, I decided to give it a try. No regrets! The delivery was really quick; the product was well-packaged to prevent any damage; and the best part was the price. I will definitely return and recommend them to friends.
Where's the 10-star option? The representative responded to my price match request on a Sunday! Not only that, but she guided me through my order until dispatch. She also ensured I got the carrier I preferred. The parcel arrived today, exactly as requested, along with a price matching refund and excellent communication.
I ordered a dinner service from the online platform yesterday, and it arrived today! Perfectly packaged with no breakages (unlike my previous delivery from another retailer). I'm very happy with the price, the dinner set, and the service received. I will gladly shop here again.
