False Advertising, ordered dozens of white roses with Louis Vuitton paper and gold crown. Paid extra for accessories, only received white roses with plain paper and no crown. Very cheap material and charged extra for items I did not receive. Guys do yourself a favor and buy your girl something better than this!
Ordered flowers on Feb 07 and they’re still not delivered on Feb 15. Missed Valentine’s Day! Can not reach anyone by phone. Was never given a confirmation email or order #. Someone emailed me saying I need my order number a refund
I only ordered because it said ships within 24 hours. I ordered on the 12th it is now the 15th and i still haven't received my order. My wife looking at me crazy like I'm lying about her gift. I tried to reach out to them and the only thing they say is it has been ordered. Got a tracking number tried to look it up and the information hasn't been updated since my order was placed. SAD...I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN
I’d give a 0 if I could, promised on time delivery and it’s not even close to being here. And was offered 5% refund and discount on my next order but this will be the last time I make a purchase from them
I ordered my gifts a bout 10 days ago I was guaranteed delivery by Valentines Day. Here it is Valentines day no gifts I track it says in transit but also says delivered. I can't get in touch, phone# just rings don't even have a refund icon. Im starting to think it's a scam. Got me for 70$ it's messed up
Ordered flowers for my daughter who's been going through alot lately and thought I would get her something nice for valentines to cheer her up, Ordered in plenty of time & they guaranteed me the flowers would be delivered in time for valentines day, well now I have received an email as I have been chasing them up saying they will take upto 5-7 business days! What a joke! I ordered them for valentines.Then they went on to offer me a 5% refund and 5% off my next order! I said " This is the only & last time I will ever order from you!"So upset!
ᴏᴋ. First things first.. I’m so lucky I didn’t read the reviews before I purchased because that would have definitely put me off. But reading the reviews after I purchased was a brain phuck .. basically I ordered 2 glitter valentines bouquets 💐 on Feb 1st one for my daughter one for my girlfriend and it said it would be delivered before Feb 12 (just in time for Valentine’s Day) so when the date hit 10th Feb I was expecting it, nothing came, no movement on the tracking, same with 11th Feb nothing came no movement on the tracking then today the 12th I was starting to panic because there was no movement on the tracking and I know some websites can give fake tracking to scam people so I decided to read the reviews about loradream and saw a shitload of negative reviews so now I was convinced I got scammed. I sent a very abusive email to them telling them what I think of them and I would report it to my credit card company . So anyways in my head I marked it down as a loss as the time was 4:10pm on the 12th Feb and in the uk deliveries are usually in the morning so now I was on funkypigeon .com trying to order some valentines stuff quickly before the delivery cut off time so it can be here for Valentine’s Day ,, half way through I get a knock on the front door, I checked the ring doorbell and it was the delivery person delivering my order from loradream lol.. not gonna lie i felt like sh!t because of the rude email I sent them and the order actually came on the deadline date.. and it was pretty quick considering it came from china.. so yeah I got exactly what I ordered they even threw in some extra bouquet design stuff which I didn’t add to my order but they gave it free.. so yeah man big up loradream for coming through for me.. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because there was no instructions on how to put the bouquets together and there was a shitload of glitter evrywhere .. very messy. I should of laid down some newspapers before I done it lol but oh well
