Love the product but customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I’m a new customer and I’ve ordered twice and both times my order was returned due to evri refusing to deliver as they were sent out as postal only and due to the package being too big to fit through my letter box on both occasions the items were sent back. I also paid for next day delivery, this wasn’t done. No apology or acknowledgment that I had paid extra for next day delivery just said they’d send out another. I explained not to send via evri due to the issue but low and behold that wasn’t acknowledged either and they sent it the exact same way. So I’m still without products I’ve paid for 🤷♀️
Have just started using Fussy for the first time.I love the total recycle element and natural ingredients.My choice was the Coconut base.Boy, I was not disappointed on any level.The smell is delicious, I feel so comfortable and fully protected when using this.There is no sticky residue, no waiting for it to dry.Already looking to choose my refill.An absolute 5 out of 5 item
I have been using Fussy for about a year, I recently had an issue with delivery and even though the Courier is out of their control, Suzanne from Fussy went above and beyond to ensure things were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I love Fussy, I love that they care about animals and the environment, I love their scents; so many beautiful scents and their people, how refreshing is it 'not' to be told "Not my job, you need to...".
I love my Fussy subscription. I can change frequency and scents very easily and I always receive a prompt to let me know it’s due, in case I need to push it back. I have just started using the new body wash too - the container is great and comes in a nice colour selection. There are some great scents to choose from, I’m using coconut which is divine and lasts well.
I have ordered a couple of times and recently subscribed as I really like the concept. Unfortunately one of my limited edition cases broke ( the clip) where you slide the deodorant in place. I emailed and the issue was dealt with swiftly, with me being invited to chose another case of choice. Thank you one very happy customer
