The device is ineffective, and the software experience is overly complicated. It's not user-friendly for the average person. Additionally, their customer support is automated, and when I requested to cancel my membership, they didn't assist me. I ended up being billed $199 and had to reach out again to cancel. Eventually, they responded but informed me that a refund was not possible. I'm very dissatisfied with the service.
The explanations provided are excellent. They recently added a feature to help users focus. There’s an abundance of information available. Just tracking what my body is doing has made me more mindful and motivated. However, I’m facing difficulties linking my other apps (I use a specific app for my watch). It also seems to misunderstand my morning breath as a sign that I’ve stopped fasting, which I don't think was an issue initially.
As a relatively new user, I can't comment on long-term use. However, I am quite pleased with it and the results I've seen so far. I have noticed, though, that there are many complaints regarding the support team. Fortunately, I've not encountered any issues myself.
Shipping was incredibly fast! I opted for expedited shipping, and the purchase process was seamless. However, there are mixed opinions about the product. Upon receiving the device, I had to charge it before it would power on, which is unusual. The tutorial is quite basic, and once completed, I couldn’t figure out how to revisit it. Consequently, I’ve faced multiple errors while trying to take readings. The device itself is outstanding, but the app and software leave much to be desired. For example, I’m on a specific diet and was pleased to see that option in the app, but it inaccurately calculates my daily carb intake, making it difficult to adjust. I can modify the carb count but must allocate a specific amount to meals, which doesn’t align with my actual intake. I’m unsure if this will work for me, but I’m still early in the journey and will provide updates as things progress.
This feedback is focused on the customer support rather than the product itself. My device was stolen, and the AI instructed me to submit a support ticket. I did that on 1/5/2026, but as of 1/12/2026, I've only received an automatic reply and no further assistance. I’ve only had the device for under six months, and given the cost of the subscription, this has been a very frustrating experience.
