Awful customer service, they state return and refund is available, but once I got defective order they where not happy to refund. Had to open dispute to get my money back. Absolutely not recommended!

This service is highly questionable. I placed an order and received a completely different item that was far cheaper than what was shown. I've been trying to contact them for a refund, but they are not replying! I strongly advise against making any purchases with this service.
I truly wish I could give negative 1000 stars. Each year, on the anniversary of my late son's passing, I purchase a custom piece of jewelry with his name. This year, I unfortunately chose this terrible company for my 2026 memorial piece. Upon arrival, the so-called sterling silver looks far too dark and resembles stainless steel instead. There's a black burn mark on the handle, and it's sized for a child! This is NOT at all what I ordered. When I raised my concerns, I was offered a 50% discount to reorder the same item! Why would I pay you more? This business has deeply disappointed me and has tarnished my way of remembering my late son. This is unforgivable in my opinion.
I placed an order on 16.12.25 with urgent delivery for Christmas as promised. The order remains unprocessed. I've sent over 20 emails, yet no one is addressing my queries. Initially, I was informed that the order was on hold, then told it had been processed, but I could only receive a partial refund. It still shows as processing, and I've had no response from anyone, despite claims of replies within 24/48 hours. I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST USING THIS SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Purchased an item with a 99-day return policy. The support team was unhelpful and initially refused to process my return. After multiple communications, they finally offered a discount on my next purchase, which is not useful since I won't be shopping with them again.

The lack of communication has been disappointing, and I wouldn't return or recommend this service. I also found the same items available at a lower price elsewhere.
I ordered a personalised glass, but the item I received was completely different from what was shown. The listing clearly displayed a glass with a metallic finish, implying it was made of real metal. Instead, I got a cheap plastic product — entirely misrepresented and not of acceptable quality. I filed a complaint, and although the company did reply within two days, the main concern still stands: the product was falsely advertised, and customers deserve honesty and clarity. Caution to potential buyers.
I initially ordered a necklace in December for my mother's birthday, with two products to be delivered to a location.
