After taking a few months to reflect on my purchase, I placed my order in September and received an order confirmation, followed by a call from the delivery team. The sofa arrived around the 11th day, and the two delivery personnel were very respectful and professionally set it up in my home. I really appreciate the design of the sofa, and it remains comfortable. After three months of use, it still looks great, and I haven't encountered any issues with it.

I ordered two pairs of boots, but they arrived poorly packaged and were not what I ordered. Both pairs were at least two sizes smaller than expected. I reached out via the email on my receipt, but they basically said returning them would likely lead to loss in transit and I would need to pay for return shipping. They offered a 15% discount to keep the boots, despite them being unwearable. I found out returning them would cost £15, so I reluctantly accepted the discount, effectively losing £25 and stuck with two pairs of unusable boots. I would not trust them again.
AVOID - I ordered boots for my mum costing £30. When they arrived, they were of very low quality. The packaging was flimsy, offering no protection for the boots. I tried contacting them three times to initiate a return but received no response. I’m now £30 out of pocket with a pair of useless boots. Hopefully, a charity shop will benefit from this. Very poor product and customer support.
I didn’t realize I was ordering from a distant seller. Had I known, I probably wouldn't have proceeded. The boots are so uncomfortable that they've damaged my foot. There’s no proper lining inside, making them very painful to wear. I also have no idea how to return them or even contact customer support. Very disappointing, and I advise against purchasing from them if you see their ads online.
This is the second time I've been caught in a similar situation! I ordered two pairs of size 5 slippers but received size 40 (UK 6.5/7). I didn’t recognize the name from the previous issue - what a mistake! The response was the same; I would have to pay for the return before anything could be done. Last time, it took weeks to get a partial refund with little help from the payment service, who advised me to accept it. Very unhappy - a lesson learned to avoid this seller in the future!
These sellers claiming to be based in the UK are actually based elsewhere. Their return policies are a complete joke. When items aren’t suitable, the return costs fall on the buyer. I paid nearly £20 for insoles meant for foot support, but they were unsuitable, and now I’m expected to pay for return shipping, which is more expensive than the item itself. The same situation occurred with a pair of orthopedic shoes. Very frustrating.
