Review Time
Update.Debated whether I should just remove this review as I have had a really lovely reply from Rona. But I felt an update would be fairer to the company. Basically there were two versions of the teapot and coaster set one with mugs and one without but the QR code was for both they apologised and will get it updated. They have kindly honored the three for two because of the confusion with the mugs.I am upgrading my review to 5 star as although it took a while to reply they did explain that it was due to high volumes and it was a personal email not a generic email.So thank you Pottd and I will be buying from you again. Awful customer service. They just don't bother to reply. I ordered the tea and coaster set having seen some youtube reviews, the reviews showed that it came with the two mugs. However when I received it the mugs were missing. I then thought I must have been mistaken and ordered the mugs separately. After ordering I noticed that it was a two for three offer and emailed them immediately at the email address shown on here explaining why I had ordered separately and asking if my two separate orders could be considered as a two for three. No reply or acknowledgement and the mugs were sent after my email. However on opening the box with the tea and coasters, the QR code took me to a tutorial which showed what should have been in the box and it showed the mugs should have been there. I then used their contact form querying the box content and asking for a refund on the mugs that I bought separately as it appeared they were missing and there was no reply. I have since just sent a third request via their contact form asking for either a refund on the mugs or for the two separate purchases to be treated as a two for three, I await their response but I am not hopeful. The actual materials are good and the concept is great but due to the lack of customer service, the three day lead time on a reply (if you get one), no way at all of contacting them except via a webpage for email I doubt I will order again. If I had received a polite response even if it was a negative one but with an explanation for the missing mugs or a reason why it couldn't have been treated as a two for three then I would not have written this review. The poor customer service, with no phone or live chat completely overshadowed the actual product which is good and well thought out.
I would recommend Pott’d to anyone looking for a good time! All the products I purchased were gorgeously packaged, and arrived on time. I even emailed Pott’d personally during the time of my order, and they got back to me super fast regarding my request! Super Packaging!Super Products! Super Company! Would definitely buy again in the future!
Never received my packages because they use EVRI and EVRIone knows they steal and "lose" packages, especially around Christmas.Tracking awful, packages was apparently attempted to be delivered a week ago and yet somehow it is at their depot ready for dispatch right now? Hasn't changed in 2 days.Emailed Pott'd, via their email address and online form - bounced back via mail demon. Messaged Pott'd on fb and Instagram, ignored.Have tried to contact Evri but classic Evri style is to send us on a goose chase with no actual contact in sight but their auto robot which takes you in circles. ALL IN ALL AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND MY £103 IS WASTED AND THIS COMPANY EVIDENTLY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Terrible customer service. We are trying to return an item and can’t get hold of them. We have managed to get one email response from them but still no returns label or address provided. Also no phone number. This breaches consumer regulations!
I ordered a Tea and Biscuits kit on 8 December as a Christmas gift. The item arrived on 10 December already faulty, with incorrect stamps included. I emailed customer service the same day as arrival (10 December) with clear photographic evidence, simply requesting the correct stamps be sent. They emailed back on 15 December (beyond 72-hour response window) with a copy-and-paste email clearly used previously for someone else facing the same issue, the email addressed to “Hugo”, asked for a batch number.I replied to the email on 15 December with batch number evidence, then chased them on the 17, 18 and 23rd December as the issue still hadn’t been resolved. None of these emails received any acknowledgment or response, and as a result the intended gift was unusable for Christmas.I contacted them again this time via their contact form on 27 December, requesting an update and a refund given the situation with the gift. They finally replied on 2 January, stating all four emails as email went to the back of the queue and issued a refund but they failed to acknowledge whether replacement stamps would be sent, despite this being the original request. I replied again on the same day (2nd January) to ask whether they would be resending the correct stamps. It has now been nearly a month since the item arrived faulty with no resolution, no proactive communication. I was excited about this company but with what ai have seen I would strongly advise against ordering from them if you need reliability, responsiveness, or basic customer service.
I ordered from Pott’d in October and had a really good experience. I then placed an order on 15th November for £170 worth of stuff for Christmas including my daughter’s advent calendar. We are now two and a half weeks on and I haven’t received anything! I have emailed them twice and had absolutely nothing back. I am absolutely livid! This is not okay! You’re advertising your products everywhere but then fail to deliver. What is going on???! You need to contact me as a matter of urgency!
Same experience as most, ordered the advent months ago which is yet to arrive. Their automated email that suggests advent can start any time so not to worry if it doesn’t arrive by 1st December just added insult to injury. Was offered a refund that never came, I hope others know that they can initiate a charge back through their banks
Absolutely shocking company. Avoid at all costs. I placed and order on 30th Nov for my sister in laws birthday on 8th Dec. Parcel never arrived. Tracking shows as simply ‘delayed’. Contacted Pott’d on their customer service email. Had an initial response saying they could send me a replacement if i confirmed my details. I confirmed them immediately. Never had any follow up correspondence. Now 19th dec, they still have my money. I have no goods. They do not reply to emails. Made no attempt to rectify this. Ive emailed repeatedly. Asked for either a refund or a replacement and nothing. I will instigate a trading standard investigation as clearly this company are defrauding people of their money. I wish i had read the reviews before ordering. Its almost 2026…how are companies like this still trading! Look at the owners Linkedin page, claims to be this big shot entrepreneur and yet is stealing money from hard working people. Its not right!
